Harnessing the power of Soul Reaping! This combo is known on guildwarsguru forums as "Sab's hero build", and it seems to be quite efficient in Hard Mode too, given enough corpses.

12 + 1 Soul Reaping 12 Restoration Magic When they die near you, you gain 13 Energy per creature, or 6 Energy per Spirit under your control, up to 3 times every 15 seconds.

9 + 1 Soul Reaping 9 Protection Prayers 12 + 2 + 1 Death Magic When they die near you, you gain 10 Energy per creature, or 5 Energy per Spirit under your control, up to 3 times every 15 seconds.
